Do I have to be present for my home cleaning?No, you don't have to. It's your choice to stay around, or go out and take advantage of your free time. Just leave us a key and we'll get your house cleaned.

What is a Deep Clean?A Deep Clean is for first-time customers, or customers who haven't had their home professionally cleaned in the last three months. To see the extra things we do for deep cleans check out our Services page.

What services you don't offer?We don't offer wet wiping of light bulbs, resurfacing/waxing/refinishing of floors, putting away dishes, large furniture moving, excessive mould removal, extensive ceiling cleaning, removing permanent stains from timber, marble or other sensitive surfaces, large scale rubbish removal and excessive cleaning of outside areas.

Are you insured?Yes, we are! If you need proof of insurance simply email us at info@hwcentreaus.com.au and we will gladly forward you all relevant documentation.

How long does it take to clean my house?It all depends on the condition of your home. But, as a baseline, for a general clean (where we aim to maintain the upkeep of your home) take the number of bedrooms you have and turn that into hours (with 1 cleaner) or into half hours if we send a team of two. (Ex. 3 bedrooms = 3 hours)

Late Cancellation FeesWe require 24 hours notice for cancellations without a fee. We go to great lengths to arrange a schedule for our cleaning teams and cancellations within 24 hours of service mean our teams lose work. Cancellations at the door without any prior notice incur a full-price cancellation fee.

What is your policy on damages?At HW Centre Aus, we acknowledge that on extremely rare occasions accidental damage can take place. That's why we are fully insured for damages, not only as a company but our cleaning partners we work with. Our damage claim process needs to be followed to ensure that you are either reimbursed or have your item/fixture fixed in the quickest possible way.

How much do you charge?Our pricing structure is tailored to the size of your home, beginning at $ for a one-bedroom studio or apartment, with prices adjusting for larger spaces. For less extensive needs, we offer an hourly rate. Additionally, you can select specific add-ons to meet your unique cleaning requirements. I don't have a parking, is that ok?Upon booking your cleaning service, we do ask that parking be made accessible for our cleaning teams, especially in busy suburbs like Sydney's CBD, North Sydney, Surry Hills, Chippendale, Ultimo, Glebe, Kings Cross and Redfern. Parking can be very hard to come by. Your cleaning team comes fully equipped with everything needed for cleaning your home. We kindly request that parking be pre-arranged and if parking needs to be paid for, we will add this to the cost of the booking. This will be confirmed with you prior to our arrival.

Hourly Booking FAQFor hourly cleaning bookings, please provide a checklist what would you like to be done, ideally in advance through the Quote on our website or on info@hwcentreaus.com.au This ensures that we are fully prepared to meet your expectations. Fair Go PolicyOur fair go policy reflects our commitment to treating everyone with respect. Our cleaners work hard, respect your space, and always strive to do their best. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against racism, derogatory remarks, or any discriminatory behavior that may make our team feel unsafe or undervalued. While we understand that welcoming someone into your private space is significant, it does not justify any form of disrespectful or aggressive behavior towards our staff. According to our terms, our cleaners reserve the right to leave any job where they feel demeaned, uncomfortable, or threatened.

I only require a partial clean, can we do that?Yes we can. For example, if a client requests cleaning for two rooms in a four-bedroom house, we will adjust the pricing based on the size of the entire house, considering the fact that 4 bedroom homes have a lot more space than two bedroom house. Also, there is a minimum service duration of two hours.
